About the Role

​

As a Dental Hygienist, you will play a critical role in promoting oral health and preventive dental care. Working closely with our dentists and clinical team, you will provide dental hygiene services, educate patients on oral health practices, and help create a welcoming and supportive environment for patients of all ages.

Your expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to patient-centered care will help ensure positive health outcomes and exceptional patient experiences.

What You'll Do

​

• Provide preventive dental hygiene services, including dental prophylaxis and periodontal assessments

• Perform oral cancer screenings and assist with radiographic studies

• Evaluate patients' oral health and identify conditions requiring further treatment

• Apply fluorides and other cavity-prevention treatments

• Educate patients on oral hygiene, plaque control, and postoperative care

• Maintain accurate and timely patient documentation in the health record

• Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials according to established protocols

• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA regulations

• Assist in maintaining dental equipment and supply inventories

• Collaborate with dentists and clinical staff to deliver high-quality patient care

What We're Looking For

 

We're seeking someone who combines clinical excellence with genuine compassion and a commitment to serving others. The ideal candidate is patient-focused, detail-oriented, and dedicated to promoting lifelong oral health.

Qualifications:

​

• Graduate of an accredited Dental Hygiene program

• Current Indiana Dental Hygienist license in good standing

• Current CPR certification required

• Strong knowledge of preventive dental care practices and infection control procedures

• Excellent communication and patient education skills

• Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
