Medical Assistant or Certified Medical Assistant:

DESCRIPTION:  Wabash Valley Health Center is seeking a Medical Assistant (MA), Certified Medical Assistant (CMA), or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This clinical professional will provide essential support as both an independent and collaborative member of our healthcare team within a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) setting.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

​

• Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistants or LPN.

• Current certification as a medical assistant (preferred). License as LPN (required).

• CPR certification (required).

• 3–5 years of experience in a medical office or similar clinical setting (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build effective relationships with patients and providers.

• Flexibility in work schedule to meet departmental needs.
