CLINIC MANAGER:

DESCRIPTION:  Wabash Valley Health Center has an opening for a for a Clinic Manager.  This person reports to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for daily operations of the clinic in collaboration with WVHC’s Administrative team.  The Clinic Manager ensures efficient and appropriate procedures are implemented and followed.   The Clinic Manager is responsible for direct oversight of registration, dental and medical clinical support staff members. The Clinic Manager coordinates with the Chief Medical Officer to ensure appropriate clinical practices are followed.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

​

• Maintains a valid Indiana license as a Registered Nurse.

• Previous leadership experience in a medical practice preferred.

• CPR certification required.

• Ability to deal successfully with a wide variety of people.

• Prior experience with physician clinic billing and/or charge entry.

• Previous experience in GE Centricity (EHR and Practice Management) preferred.

• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office especially Excel.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills
