DENTAL ASSISTANT:

STATUS: Full-time

DESCRIPTION:  The Wabash Valley Health Center has an opening for a Dental Assistant.  This person provides assistance to dentists and functions as an independent and interdependent member of the healthcare team within our Federally Qualified Health Center.

QUALIFICATIONS: 

​

• Current dental radiographer certification in State of Indiana preferred

  • Required to obtain within 6 months of hire if not currently certified

​

Requires critical thinking, organization, decisive judgment, analytical abilities, problem solving, effective communication and good customer service skills.  Must be able to function collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team.
